Dear Lynn and Steve of Jarvis Farm;

I just wanted to drop you a line, in hopes, that you might print my review for your customers, of whom, I'm sure there are many.  In a time when life seems but a fleeting moment, your product arrived all safe and sound, via UPS.  With a hot pan of my Grand Mothers yeast biscuits, life slowed as I sank into a chair at the kitchen table, taken back to a time when I was a little girl, of course, sitting, instead, at Maw-Maw's big old table on that big old long hand lumbered bench. Butter and your Jarvis Farm Fig Preserves oozed down the sides of that biscuit, all warm and just like I remember, and I was NOT disappointed! That first bite was as though I had gone to the kitchen and made those figs for myself! What a wonderful recipe! Now you would think that I would have stopped right there, with those figs, but I didn't! I went on and, we'll say, "sampled" the peaches and ribbon cane syrup.  Oh my! My Daddy was right! There is no replacement for **pure** ribbon cane syrup and there was no additives distorting the flavor.  As for the peach preserves, it was wonderful to finally taste, just the peaches. There was no corn syrup after taste.
That's because just as you advertise, you don't use additives such as corn syrup.   Your recipe of just sugar and Sure-Jell is perfect, please, don't change a thing!   Thanks for a wonderful product and such a timely response time.   I'll just sign myself out now, as: " A Real Happy Country Girl, sittin' at my Maw-Maw's table".
